Your HOA at Work

The asphalt reconstruction project will be completed in three phases.  

Dates: Monday, October 3 to Wednesday, November 9

Phases:  
- Phase 1: Oct. 3-12
   5 – 21 Anapamu Street
   2 – 27 Ali Lane
   1 – 23 Sam Street

- Phase 2: Oct. 17-26
   1-3 Anapamu Street
   2-33 Basilica Place    
   2-25 Friar Lane

- Phase 3: Nov. 1-9   
   2-26 Becker Drive
   1-9 Pointe Drive
   2-12 Kane Lane
   1-15 Hammond Road

Impact: During each phase for each work zone:

- No street access from 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily
- No street access from residences during this time
- Parking outside of the area is required
- Sidewalk access to residences only

Towing: Vehicles parked on the street on designated asphalt reconstruction days between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense without notice. Temporary 'No Parking' signs will be posted for each phase of the project 48 hours prior to the start of each phase.

Caution: Please do not drive through the construction area while the street is closed as it is unsafe, and you may cause damage to your vehicle or the street surface.
