Update on Pool Renovation Project (4/27/2020)

LARMAC has been working full steam ahead on a variety of projects that fall under 'pool renovations' that include pool re-plastering, and the replacement of heating units, pumps, valves, hand rails, shower tiles and more. Click to watch a video from 2012 that was created to highlight Ladera Ranch pools and water park.

This year, 2020 is Ladera Ranch's 20th year anniversary. Most of the LARMAC-owned pools still have the original pool equipment – heating units, pumps, filtering systems, shower tile and are undergoing renovation. Each year the master association puts aside 'reserve' funds that are used to replace, repair and rennovate it's facilities. Although this project has been underway for a few years, the bulk of the project started last year and has continued in 2020.
