Does it feel like your stuff has completely taken over your home? Could you make some room by selling it at Ladera's annual Community Garage Sale?

When you register, you’ll receive the following:

• Directional signage courtesy of participating Realtors
• Delicious donuts courtesy of participating Realtors
• Inclusion in the interactive map on LaderaLife for the public to view

Registration opens on Monday, April 3, and will conclude at noon on Wednesday, April 19.

If you are shopping, here’s what you need to know:

• Bring a variety of cash and coin change
• Drive with caution! Only park in designated spaces. Do not double-park or park in fire lanes.  
• Covenant Hills: Ladera Ranch residents with a LARMAC access card may enter through the Sienna gate. Non-residents will not be permitted to enter Covenant Hills.
