Go Green Ladera

Go Green Ladera is the communityʼs largest, most convenient, one-day drive-thru recycling, shredding, and donation event. Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) has partnered with Goodwill of Orange County and Friends of the Ladera Ranch Library to recycle and reuse items that would otherwise go to waste.

A variety of collection services will be offered at this drive-thru event:

  • Electronic Waste, Clothing, and Household Items: Goodwill of Orange County will be accepting electronics recycling, gently used clothes, toys, and small household items. Furniture, baby safety (cribs, car seats, and bassinets), and bulky items will not be accepted.

  • Paper Shredding (up to 5 banker boxes): Ladera Ranch Community Services helps you combat identity theft and shred your confidential documents. Limit of five (5) banker boxes per car. The truck is scheduled to be onsite until 3:00 p.m. or until it is full. All documents and boxes should be free of binders, paper clips, plastic sleeves, and metal butterfly clips. CDs, credit cards, three-ring binders, wire dividers, newspapers, magazines, and spiral notebooks will not be accepted.

  • Books: Friends of the Ladera Ranch Library will collect books.

Please note: We ask that you remain in your vehicle, walk-ups will not be accepted.
