Unearth those spooky Halloween decorations, spider webs and jack-o-lanterns! Itʼs time to enter the Halloween Home Decorating Contest.  

Resident judging will begin Friday, October 14 - Thursday, October 27.   Use the interactive map on LaderaLife to view home entries and vote for your favorites.

Prizes:
1st Place - $150 Gift Card
2nd Place - $100 Gift Card
3rd Place - $50 Gift Card

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, October 12

Event Guidelines

  1. Decorating of home and yard can take place Thursday, October 1 – Thursday, October 13.. 
  2. Please remember that community guidelines must be followed.
  3. Decorations must be placed on your own property (no pocket parks, sidewalks, etc.)
  4. Contest is limited to decor that can be seen from the street.
  5. Judging is based on decorations of the residence's exterior only, in-person haunted houses are not permitted.
  6. No advertising or political statements will be allowed.
  7. All decorations must be removed no later than Sunday, November 6.
