Your HOA at Work

Starting Monday, April 1, O'Connell Landscape will trim approximately 225 palm trees in the Avendale Village. The impacted streets include Avendale Blvd., Daisy Street, Sellas Road, and Sklar Street. 

Please observe the "No Parking" signs to ensure safety and that all trees are trimmed as scheduled. The project is anticipated to take ten (10) business days, weather permitting. 

Palm Tree Trimming Schedule

• Monday (4/1:             West and East sides of Sellas North from Sienna to Avendale.
• Tuesday (4/2):           North side of Avendale between Sellas and Daisy.
• Wednesday (4/3):     South Side of Avendale between Daisy and Sellas.
• Thursday (4/4):         East and West sides of Daisy.
• Friday (4/5):              West and East sides of Sklar between Snapdragon and Avendale.
• Monday (4/8):           West side of Sellas South between Avendale and Sienna.
• Tuesday (4/9):           East side of Sellas South between Avendale and Sienna.
• Wednesday (4/10):    East side of Sklar from Avendale to Hydrangea.
• Thursday (4/11):        West side of Sklar from Avendale to Hydrangea.
• Friday (4/12):             Any remaining pick-up trees skipped.
