Clubhouses

The reservation and use of a facility are restricted to LARMAC residents for personal use only, and they must be present at all times during the reservation period. The facilities may be reserved no more than 180 days in advance and cannot be reserved for more than one day in a consecutive seven-day period. Residents may reserve a Clubhouse for two successive time slots to allow for a more extended event. Clubhouses can be booked seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. except for holidays. 

Avendale, Flintridge, and Oak Knoll Village Clubhouses

Monday - Thursday and Friday before 4:00 p.m.
$55 rental fee with a $300 deposit
Reservations are available in a 3-hour block of time

Friday after 5:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday
$165 rental fee with a $300 deposit 
Reservations are available in a 6-hour block of time

Daytime reservations must end by 4:00 p.m., and evening reservations may not begin before 5:00 p.m.

Covenant Hills Village Clubhouse

Reservations are for the entire day from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Monday – Thursday
$250 rental fee with a $500 deposit
Friday - Sunday
$750 rental fee with a $500 deposit

Event coordination services are available for an additional fee in partnership with Splendid Events.

Option 2 
Monday – Thursday
$1,645 rental fee with a $1,000 deposit 
Friday - Sunday
$2,095 rental fee with a $1,000 deposit

Event coordination services by Splendid Events are now included in the rental fee for Option 2 reservations.

Rental fees are non-refundable and will be retained by LARMAC if the event is canceled 14 days before or due to the Resident's failure to submit the proper proof of insurance. Any modifications to a reservation must be made at least 14 days before the event.

Vendor and alcohol insurance is required for the use of the LARMAC facilities if alcohol is provided or served and/or if a vendor is providing goods and/or services for an event as may be determined from time to time by the LARMAC Board of Directors, based upon experience, risk management issues, input from consultants and in what that Board believes to be in the best interest of LARMAC. Proof of insurance, as required by the agreement, must be submitted no later than 30 days before using the facility. FAILURE TO DO SO SHALL OPERATE AS A CANCELLATION OF THE RESIDENT'S RESERVATION AND RENTAL FEE, FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT, and the Resident shall lose both.
