New pickleball courts are in the works
The court resurfacing project at the Avendale Village Clubhouse is separate from the addition of four pickleball courts. The project to add four pickleball courts is moving along. LARMAC is currently working with the County of Orange to obtain the proper permits for the construction and modification of the area. The process is slow and has taken more time than expected; however, LARMAC is working diligently to ensure the process moves as quickly as possible. We are as eager as our residents to begin the construction of the courts, which will bring the total number of courts to six.
