Aquatic Park Cabanas

The Terramor Aquatic Park will open its 2026 season with 4 reservable cabanas, now available for residents who are planning a small, personal get-together or a family simply looking to elevate their day at the water park. Each cabana has a 10 person maximum (including all members of the reserving household and up to 5 non-resident guests), and includes cushioned sofa seating, a round picnic table, chairs, adjustable louvers on the roof so residents may control the amount of shade and sun over their space along, and 2 complimentary items from the brand new Snack Bar. Please read the Aquatic Park Picnic Area & Cabana Reservation Guidelines before making a reservation.

Only one cabana may be reserved at a time and no more than two times per summer season per household. Cabanas must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance.

Place a cabana on hold, by selecting the date and time frame on the calendar below, and completing the reservation application, which includes your event details.

To finalize your reservation, please email LARMAC Member Services at contact.larmac@laderalife.com to request a link to our secure online store, and submit payment for your security deposit and rental fee.

Due to high volume and demand, we kindly ask that any pending cabana reservations are either cancelled or finalized within 48 hours after placing the hold.

May 23-25 (Memorial Day): 12:00-5:00pm

May 30-31: 12:00-5:00pm

June 4 - August 16: 10:00am-6:00pm

August 21-23: 12:00-5:00pm

August 28-30: 12:00-5:00pm

September 5-7 (Labor Day): 10:00am-6:00pm

September 12-13: 12:00-5:00pm
