A Refreshed Oak Knoll Clubhouse Is on the Way!

Exciting improvements are underway to enhance the resident and guest experience. The clubhouse is being updated with new furnishings, upgraded entertainment features, and other enhancements to create an even better space for gatherings, celebrations, and community events. The familiar layout will remain, while the overall experience is elevated.

The Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse is where it all began! It is the largest of all four clubhouse facilities, with a great room, fireplace room, kitchen, a recreation pool, a lap pool, and the Magnolia Lawn. French doors can be opened from the great room, providing access to the covered patio. Additional amenity details include: 

  • Movable furnishings: 6 round tables (60"), 3 banquet tables (3'x6'), 70 chairs 
  • 2 Cornhole boards (bean bags are provided during clubhouse reservations only)
  • Splash pad
  • Junior Olympic pool (heated year-round)
  •  Recreation pool  (heated at 79-81 degrees, March 1 - December 31)

Both pools offer lounge chairs, and the recreation pool has a shade structure with tables and chairs. There are three sets of bathrooms at the front of the property, one to the left and right, just beyond the gate, and one towards the rear of the property.

Please note:
The fireplace is not operational.
