Picnic Areas in Parks

Picnic areas can be reserved for birthday parties and similar events Monday through Sunday at the following parks:

*The parking lot at Founders park is reserved for the Farmers Market every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.*

Please read the Park Facility Reservation Matrix and Community Guidelines before making a reservation. Residents must agree to the guidelines and limitations before completing the hold for their requested reservation. 

  1. Same-day reservations are not available
  2. A reservation may be made up to 180 days in advance and cannot be reserved fewer than two days in advance
  3. A maximum of 1 reservation is allowable every 7 days
  4. Reservations are available in 4-hour blocks
  5. Two consecutive 4-hour blocks may be reserved, if available
  6. Reservation time includes event set up and clean up
  7. Placement of bounce house on authorized park property must be provided prior to approval
  8. The bounce house must be powered by a generator only - no use of an electrical outlet

Are you looking to have a bounce house at a different LARMAC park? If so, there are 14 different approved locations to choose from. To get started, just fill-out a Non-Reservable Park & Picnic Area Application & Vendor Agreement and send it to the LARMAC Member Services Team at contact.larmac@laderalife.com. Here are a few other key details:

  • A $300 security deposit is required.
  • The bounce house rental company must provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum $1 million liability policy naming LARMAC and FirstService Residential as additionally insured.
  • LARMAC does not endorse any vendor; however, the vendors listed below meet the association's minimum insurance requirements and have provided LARMAC with an up-to-date certificate of insurance.

  • Reservation #2: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

*Trash bins at each picnic area will be emptied by LARMAC staff between 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.*

Oso Grande Park is located off Covenant Hills Drive and Oberon Road just outside the gates of Covenant Hills at the far end of the Clubhouse parking. The picnic area is close to a large playground, restrooms and benches.
