Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse is where it all began. The original clubhouse is the largest, with a Great Room, fireplace room, and a recreation pool and lap pool. Towards the back of the property are a splash pad and a large grass area for fun activities.

Amenity Description

 

The clubhouse features a spacious great room, fireplace room, and kitchen. Other features include a recreation pool, lap pool, splash pad, outdoor showers, and a large grass area for activities.

The Great Room doors can be opened up to allow guests to walk around the covered patio. The surrounding area offers tables and chairs for relaxing conversations. Both pools offer lounge chairs, and the recreation pool has a shade structure with tables and chairs. There are three sets of bathrooms at the front of the property, one to the left and right, just beyond the gate, and one towards the rear of the property.

  • 6 round tables, 3 banquet tables, 70 chairs
  • Catering kitchen with refrigerator, ice machine, and warming oven
  • 2 BBQ grills (BBQ grills and grass areas are not included in reservations)

Please Note:

  • The fireplace is not operational.
  • A holiday tree is displayed inside the clubhouse from just after Thanksgiving through the New Year.
