Terramor Aquatic Park

Rules

• Residents must use their own LARMAC access card with their picture on it. You may not use a spouse, neighbor, friend, or employer's card for entry.
• 5 guests are allowed per household and must be accompanied by a resident of that household. A guest is considered as anyone who lives outside a Ladera residence. 
• Glass, alcohol, and amplified sound are prohibited.
• Children under the age of 4 are strongly encouraged to wear waterproof swim diapers. Water park attendants will distribute these out free of charge.

Facility Hours for the 2025 Season

Standard Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

• July - Aug. 17
• Aug. 23 & 24
• Aug. 30-Sept. 1 (Labor Day weekend)

Modified Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Sept. 6-28 (Saturday & Sunday only)

Reservation Hours: Cabanas & Picnic Shelters

Regular Hours: 

• Reservation Time #1: 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Reservation Time #2: 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Modified Hours (12:00 - 5:00pm):

• Reservation Time: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
