Terramor Aquatic Park

Rules

• Residents must use their own LARMAC access card with their picture on it. You may not use a spouse, neighbor, friend, or employer's card for entry.
• 5 guests are allowed per household and must be accompanied by a resident of that household. A guest is considered as anyone who lives outside a Ladera residence. 
• Glass, alcohol, and amplified sound are prohibited.
• Children under the age of 4 are strongly encouraged to wear waterproof swim diapers. Water park attendants will distribute these out free of charge.

May 23-25 (Memorial Day): 12:00-5:00pm    

May 30-31: 12:00-5:00pm 

June 4 - August 16: 10:00am-6:00pm 

August 21-23: 12:00-5:00pm    

August 28-30: 12:00-5:00pm    

September 5-7 (Labor Day): 10:00am-6:00pm 

September 12-13: 12:00-5:00pm

Night Swim Events (NEW!)

Ladera Ranch is thrilled to roll out brand‑new monthly Night Swim events for Summer 2026—your coolest way to beat the heat after dark. July and August will bring extended park hours, glowing poolside fun, and a rotating lineup of delicious food trucks to keep the vibes going. Then get ready for the grand finale on Friday, September 18: a special ticketed celebration packed with all your favorite night swim activities, plus goody bags, exciting giveaways, and an exclusive themed experience you won’t want to miss. 

June 13, 6:30-8pm: LARCS Family Campout (open to Family Campout attendees only)

July 2, 6-8:30pm: Night Swim

August 6, 6-8:30pm: Night Swim

September 18, 6-8:30pm: Ticketed Event
