LARCS and LARMAC have officially broke ground on a major recreation upgrade at the Avendale Village Clubhouse, bringing four new pickleball courts and a half-court basketball area to the heart of the community. These new courts will join the two existing ones, supporting the rapid growth of one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports. Pickleball has become a staple in Ladera Ranch, with the Ladera Ranch Ladies Pickleball Group building a vibrant and welcoming community. With six total courts coming soon, residents can look forward to expanded open play, lessons, clinics, and social events. Funded by a one-time 500,000 investment from LARCS, this project is the result of a collaborative effort to reinvest in community wellness and connection. Construction is underway!
