Make your Payments Online and Sign up to Receive E-Statements

When it comes to making your LARMAC assessment payment, we offer secure payment options that are easy and convenient.

There are two options. Once you get this dialed in, you're good to go!  

1) Auto Pay Online (with ClickPay)
Set it and forget it with automatic recurring payments online by all major credit and debit cards or from your bank account.

2) Online Through Your Bank
If you prefer to use your own bank's online bill pay feature to make payments, visit your bank’s website, log in to your account and follow the following general steps to easy street:  

  1. Select 'Pay a Bill' or 'Bill Pay' (may vary by bank)
  2. Add LARMAC as the payee name
  3. Enter the payee address as follows:              
    P.O. Box 62053, Newark, NJ 07101-8060
  4. Enter the account number found on your statement/coupon
  5. Schedule your payment(s) and then submit!  

How to view your LARMAC statements (eStatements)
If you're a Ladera homeowner, you're a LARMAC 'member' and you're able to view your eStatements conveniently, 24/7.
