The Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) is a group of Ladera Ranch residents that advises the Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) board of directors on technology-related matters. The committee is comprised of three members, Robert Lozano, Julien Cooper and Bob Daly who have served on the committee together for the past three years. Earlier this year at the joint annual LARCS board and LARCS Committees meeting, Lozano, 2018 TAC Chair cast the vision for the Committee that included a narrower focus on projects and creating more agility for members to more easily collaborate.

 

David Robertson, Ladera’s Communications Manager, who will oversee TAC said that the Committee has been relatively dormant the last few years, however Lozano brings a new energy and focus that has revitalized the Committee. Since Lozano’s presentation at the Annual Meeting, there is new excitement among its members and among the LARCS Board of Directors”.

 

"Our goal for 2018 is to drive value (for the LARCS Board and residents) and complete some key projects, as well as to promote transparency and accountability” said Lozano following TAC’s March 21st meeting which was held in the Technology Loft at the Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse. "Our first project will be to develop an internal website that includes a suite of collaboration and project management tools that will make it easy for our members to be efficient and effective given the demands of our careers”, he continued. 

 

TAC is recruiting for four (4) new members: one individual with analytics/SEO/quality control experience, one member with web/app dev experience (project management or programming), and two members who are current users of LaderaLife.com.
