Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) announces the winners of the 2019 Holiday Decorating Contest which includes neighborhoods and individual home.
Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) is happy to announce the winners of the 2019 Holiday Decorating Contest which included categories for Neighborhoods and Individual Homes. Individual homes were judged by residents while the neighborhoods were judged by a volunteer committee of residents.
This year four neighborhoods and 26 individual homes took part in the annual competition. "Thank you to all the homes and neighborhoods that participated in this year's contest. It was exciting to see the enthusiasm and creativity with each display, and throughout the community" said Joanne Kopeny, LARCS Event Manager.
