The Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) Board of Directors meets throughout the year to oversee Association finances, policies, and the care of community common areas. Homeowners are encouraged to attend Open Session meetings, which include a Homeowner Open Forum. Executive Session meetings are closed to homeowners.

Unless otherwise announced, Open Session meetings take place at the Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse, 28192 O’Neill Drive. Dates, times, and locations are subject to change.

Visit the LARMAC Board of Directors page to view Open Session meeting dates, agendas, and approved minutes. Agendas are typically posted the Friday before a Wednesday meeting; minutes are posted after Board approval. Residents must be signed-in to view.
