Volunteer Recognition Awards
Volunteerism and giving back to the community are core values that Ladera Ranch was built upon. Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) invites you to nominate those you know who make a difference through their service to others. Nominations are due by 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 11.
Volunteer of the Year
A resident volunteer who had demonstrated leadership in a volunteer role, providing a positive impact on the community throughout the past year.
- Teen Category (13-18)
- Adult Category (18+)
Ranch Hand Volunteer of the Year
Ladera Ranch resident who has consistently demonstrated an extraordinary commitment of time and talent to the LARCS Board, a LARCS Committee, or in any other capacity to support LARCS community events as a Ranch Hand Volunteer throughout the year.
Family/Couple Volunteers of the Year
A family that volunteers their time as individuals and as a family to demonstrate a positive impact on the community throughout the past year.
Neighborhood of the Year
A neighborhood that has consistently demonstrated connecting neighbors, building friendships, and encouraging resident involvement in the community throughout the past year
Volunteer Group/Club of the Year
Volunteer-led club or community group that has demonstrated a commitment to the community through a volunteer service project or projects over the past year.
Nomination Process
- Individuals or groups may submit more than one nomination or nominate themselves.
- A high-resolution (300+ dpi) digital photo of the nominee is required.
- The nominee must be a Ladera Ranch resident.
- Award recipients will be recognized at a community event in 2025.
