Your HOA at Work

Mission Hills Park, located off Bell Pasture in Covenant Hills, is undergoing a major upgrade. Earlier this year, Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) replaced the playground structure and the rubberized play surface.

This month, LARMAC is replacing the old and worn turf on a putting green that had grown tired and needed replacing. LARMAC will install a new nine-hole putting course that residents will enjoy.

The playground is ideal for children 2 to 12 years old, while the putting course is great for family and friends of all ages. The park will remain closed while the renovation is being done. LARMAC anticipates that the renovation work will be completed in late July. 

Once the park reopens, Ladera Ranch residents may visit this site using their LARMAC-issued resident access card at the gates. Residents are welcome to park on Bell Pasture outside of the park and should observe all parking rules, fire lanes, and street signs.
