Oak Knoll Wrought Iron Project

Contractors will be refurbishing the LARMAC maintained fencing at the rear of lots. The scope of work includes localized repairs to the block and wrought iron, spot priming, and repainting the entire LARMAC maintained fence. All communication will also be sent to any impacted residences. Please check this page for updates.

Repairs to LARMAC-maintained fencing in the Oak Knoll Village are now underway. To help avoid delays, please ensure the action items outlined in the January 6 notice have been completed.

Scheduled Work:
Living Waters Designs will begin work on February 2, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please note that we cannot provide an exact completion date, as the scope and condition of each fence varies.

Resident Action Items:

  • Landscaping has been trimmed at least 12 inches away from the fence.
  • All decorative items have been moved at least 2 feet away from the fence.
  • All critter fencing has been removed.

Access During Repairs:
Living Waters Designs may need access to your backyard through the side gate. Please keep gates unlocked during work hours and ensure pets are safely secured. As a courtesy, the vendor will knock on your front door before entering your yard.
