Fuel Modification and Open Space Maintenance

LARMAC maintains more than 90 acres of fuel modification zones, along with open space around the perimeter of the community.

LARMAC and O’Connell Landscape work closely with Orange County Fire Authority to support compliance with vegetation management guidelines.
Weeds and invasive plant species in these areas are managed mechanically, without the use of chemicals.
Mechanical maintenance includes mowing with heavy equipment, typically three to four times per year depending on annual rainfall.
