LARMAC is currently accepting applications from members interested in serving on the Aesthetic Review Committee (ARC) and the Covenant Committee.
These volunteer committees provide valuable resident input and assist the Association in maintaining the high standards that make Ladera Ranch a desirable place to live.
The Aesthetic Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for reviewing proposed exterior home and landscape improvements to ensure they are consistent with the community's architectural standards and aesthetic guidelines. The committee meetings once a month.
The Covenant Committee assists with the fair and consistent enforcement of the Association's governing documents and conducts hearings related to covenant compliance matters. The committee meets once a month.
