Street lights in Ladera Ranch are maintained and owned by SDG&E. If you observe a street light that is out or flickering on and off, SDG&E asks that it be reported by sending an email to streetlighting@semprautilities.com. Please provide the following details (including a screenshot of an aerial map showing the location and/or street name and location), ideally, the pole tag number.
- Street light issue information (Off, Stays on, Flickering, Other)
- Is the light damaged? (Yes, the light is damaged, or No, the light is not damaged)
- Describe the damage:
- The closest address to the light (Please be sure to include "Ladera Ranch")
- Pole number (Typically located on the lower portion of the pole; the number typically starts with an "L" or "P")
- Pole type (Wood or Concrete)
- Your contact information (Name, email address, phone)
