HOA Updates from LARMAC

HOA Updates from LARMAC, Ladera's Master Maintenance Corporation.

LARMAC Board Meetings Have Moved to Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse
All LARMAC Board of Director meetings will now be held at the Oak Knoll Village Club. The Board welcomes Ladera owners to come and join them for any of the Open session meetings.

The calendar of meetings can be found on LaderaLife. Whether you have something you’d like to bring up with the Board, or just want to observe the process in action, there is more space for all at this new location.

LARMAC Welcomes Three New Board Members
In November 2018 three new Ladera homeowners were elected to the LARMAC Board of Directors. Welcome Chase Fitzpatrick, Cary Sullivan and Samantha Talley. While they are new to their Board positions, they are not strangers to volunteering for Ladera Ranch. Samantha had previously served on the Aesthetics Review Committee, Cary served on the Covenant Committee and Chase was active on the Sports and Recreation Committee and is also a Neighborhood Representative.

If your 2019 goals include serving your community, consider
taking a look at all of the volunteer opportunities that LARMAC and LARCS have to offer.

Wagsdale Dog Park Now Open Tuesdays
Wagsdale Dog Park is now be open to residents starting at 3:00 p.m. every Tuesday. Previously the park had remained closed all day on Tuesdays in order for L ARMAC to perform maintenance.

Responding to the request from residents who frequent the park, the LARMAC Board worked with their service contractors to consolidate the maintenance activities to complete them earlier in the day, allowing enough time to open the park at 3:00 p.m.

Skate Park Access Cards
Ladera Skateboarders, BMX and scooter riders we have great news: your Skate Park Access Cards will no longer expire or need to be renewed every year.

You will need a separate Skate Park Access Card to
enter the Skate Park. Your LARMAC Facility Access Cards that you use for pools and clubhouses will NOT give you access to the Skate Park.

Don’t have one? No problem, stop by the LARMAC
office at the Avendale Village Clubhouse and purchase one for $5. Parents will need to accompany minors to sign the waiver form to receive a card.

Tip: Avoid the Summer rush and get your Skate Park
and Pool access cards now.
