Welcoming Ladera's newest neighbors

LARCS recently hosted the New Homeowner Welcome reception and made our new families feel right at home.

Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) hosted the New Homeowner Welcome Reception to greet and answer questions for Ladera's newest residents.
Three receptions are held throughout the year to answer questions that new residents have about the community and to provide an opportunity for new families to meet others who are also new to Ladera.
Over 30 families and 100 people rsvp'd for the event. Attendees enjoyed delicious food provided by Community Partner, ZPizza Ladera Ranch, raffle prizes witht the grand prize being presented by Cox Communications, also a Community Partner.

Attendees enjoyed the 90-minute indoor/outdoor event that included large lawn games, music, helpful information and a brief presentation by LARCS and LARMAC. Representatives from the LARCS board, Greg Sink and Rob Campbell were in attendance along with representatives from the Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce and staff members from the Community Services division and LARMAC, the master association for Ladera Ranch.
