Event Guidelines
This is a family-oriented event, and we appreciate everyone helping us maintain a positive, respectful environment. Please note that refunds cannot be issued, and additional campers cannot be added after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8. Campsites are non-transferable. If you need to cancel, please email larcs@laderalife.com, and we will offer your spot to a family on the waitlist.
Camping & Safety
Camp only in designated areas within the park.
Each group may have a maximum of two tents.
The park does not have lighting, so please bring flashlights or battery-powered lanterns.
For safety, all campers under 18 should remain close to their parent or guardian.
Wristbands must be worn at all times to identify registered campers.
General Reminders
Keep your belongings secure—while we do our best to maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All meals will be provided by designated staff; park grills and BBQs will not be in use.
Picnic benches are available on a first-come basis and may not be reserved.
Pets are not permitted.
Campfire Safety
For everyone’s safety, only designated adults and campfire monitors may handle the fire and related materials.
Please help children keep a safe distance and remain outside designated areas.
A limited number of roasting sticks will be available—feel free to bring your own.
Quiet Hours & Courtesy
Children should be in tents by 10:30 p.m., and adults by 11:00 p.m. (lights out).
Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.—thank you for being considerate of fellow campers.
If a child becomes disruptive during the night, we kindly ask that you step away from the camping area until things settle.
Cleanliness & Facilities
Restrooms and portable toilets will be available throughout the event.
Please help us keep Oso Grande Community Park clean by picking up after yourself before departure.
Safety & Assistance
Security will be on-site from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for overnight support 949-351-9253
For emergencies, please call 911.
If you notice any hazards or concerns, please notify a staff member right away.
Prohibited Items
To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, the following items are not allowed: E-bikes, alcohol, drugs, propane lanterns, firearms, cigarettes/e-cigarettes, BBQs or grills, pets (except service animals), speakers/boomboxes, candles or open flames, glass bottles, laser pointers, and drones.
