  1. Community Spirit
    Events, celebrations, and gatherings that bring people together.

  2. Scenic Ladera
    Beautiful landscapes, parks, trails, sunsets, and architectural features that make Ladera unique.

  3. Everyday Moments
    Real-life glimpses of residents enjoying daily life—biking, gardening, relaxing, or spending time at the clubhouses.

  4. Youth Lens (Photographers 17 and under)
    A special category for kids and teens to show us how they see life in Ladera.

How to Enter

  1. Take a photo that fits one of the four categories.

    • You must own all rights to the photos you submit.

Important Dates

  • Deadline to Enter: October 3, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.

  • Winners Announced: October 30, 2025, in Ladera Happenings and social media.

Prizes

  • 1st Place (Overall): $50 local gift card + featured in Ladera Happenings

  • 2nd Place (Overall): $25 local gift card

  • 3rd Place (Overall): Ladera swag bundle

Bonus: Select entries may be showcased in Ladera Happenings and on social media throughout the year!
