Known for one of the best fireworks displays in South Orange County, LARCS will present a fun-filled day of activities.

Bikes, E-Bikes, and Electric Vehicles: Bike-Free, Pro-Stroll Event. Ride to the event. Park your bike. Then stroll and enjoy. If you plan to ride your bike to the event, Sienna Parkway is the main route to the designed bike parking area in front of the Ladera Ranch Library. Bikes and other forms of transportation are not allowed in the event area. For your safety and others, please wear your helmet, slow down, be courteous to others, and secure your bike with a lock. All bikes must be cleared by 10:00 p.m. If bikes are not removed by 10:00 p.m., bike locks will be cut and bikes placed in the school bike racks.

Road Closures: Please respect all road closures and barricades. Sellas Road N, Avendale Blvd., Daisy Street, and others have been closed for the safety of those attending the event. Please be courteous towards staff who are working hard to prioritize safety. If you live near a road closure, please be sure to move your vehicles by 4:00 a.m. Friday, July 4. Vehicles not moved are at risk of being towed. Bikes and any other form of transportation are not permitted on closed streets. Electric vehicles (EVs) are prohibited within the event area, including sidewalks, Founders Park, and any streets closed for the event.

Use of Illegal Fireworks: If you see something, say something! Report illegal fireworks use to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Illegal fireworks in or around the July 4th Celebration can delay or cancel the fireworks show.

Handicap Parking is located in the north Avendale Clubhouse Parking Lot.  Must enter the road closure area at the Daisy/Dorrance/Sienna Pkwy roundabout and must present a handicap placard to the attendant.  Arrive early, as parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY WRISTBANDS
Activity wristbands are only required for children who participate in the activities. Please ensure that children wear closed-toed shoes to fully enjoy all the activities.

Activities: Scrambler (42" or taller to ride w/o an adult, no single riders, max weight 500 lbs per seat), Inflatable Slide, Giant Slide (42" or taller), the Orbitron (42" or taller, closed-toed shoes), Rock Wall (42" or taller, min weight 45 lbs, max weight 225 lbs, & closed-toed shoes), Indy Trailer Game, Carnival Games, Airbrush Artists, Caricature Artists, Face Painters. Depending on the number of people in line, some activitiy lines may close at 7:00 p.m.

Activity Wristbands are available for pre-purchase for $10 beginning Monday, June 1, through 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 24. Wristbands purchased at the event will be $18. (Credit Card Only; this is a cashless event).

Pre-purchased wristbands can be picked up at the Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse on Thursday, June 25, and Friday, June 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No wristband pick-up is available Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 3. If you cannot make it to the clubhouse, wristbands will be available for pick-up at the Ticket Booth beginning at 3:45 p.m. on July 4. Most importantly, please bring a copy of your receipt with you. 

All wristbands are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Individual tickets will also be available for $1 at the Ticket Booth (Credit Card Only; this is a cashless event) 

Please note: The school blacktop will close at 8:00 p.m. Pedestrian traffic; please use Sellas North or Daisy Street.

Volunteers Needed
We invite you to explore volunteer opportunities to support this year’s July 4th Celebration! Volunteers are needed to assist with event setup on July 3rd, help with a variety of tasks on July 4th, or contribute to post-event cleanup on July 5th.
