LARMAC has contracted with Cox to provide Ladera residents with faster 2 Gbps internet speeds. However, to get the fastest speeds available, you’ll need a modem capable of 2 gigs.
Do you have a modem that supports 2 Gig speeds?
Check here to see if your modem can support 2 Gig internet speeds. If not, Ladera Ranch residents may contact Cox or visit a Cox retail store. Residents may purchase their own or rent a compatible modem from Cox for a monthly fee. Call Cox at (855) 512-8876 to rent a compatible modem.
Cox Modem Upgrade Events
If you rent your modem from Cox, LARMAC will host a modem upgrade event. Swap out that old, tired modem for a brand-new one that will let you go Beyond Fast! See the dates, times, and clubhouse locations below. Please note: The person attending the Cox modem swap event should be an authorized user on the Cox account and know the PIN number and/or security question.
