Great news! Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) in partnership with COX is upgrading Ladera Ranch residents to Gigablast internet speed. Since high-speed internet service is included in your monthly master homeowner assessment, there’s no additional charge for this GIG increase, and no service interruption is expected for those who have a current modem/equipment.

Contact Cox at (855) 512-8876 to start a new internet service or inquire about your account. Be sure to advise the representative that you live in Ladera Ranch, which has a bulk discounted rate, and is included as part of your homeowner assessment fee.

Some organizations reimburse their employees for home Internet service. If you are eligible for a company reimbursement or business expense reporting and would like to receive a letter that notes the Internet assessment breakout, please complete and submit a 'Company Reimbursement for Internet Service' form.
