Cox Internet Service

LARMAC has a bulk internet agreement with Cox Communications which includes internet service to all homes in Ladera Ranch at discounted rate for Internet Ultimate (300 Mbps down/up to 30 Mbps upload). With this service being paid through your monthly assessment, you should not be receiving a bill for internet service from Cox unless you have an upgraded plan or unless you lease a modem from Cox.

Does your company reimburse you for your home Internet service?

Ladera homeowners pay a discounted rate for their Cox Internet service through LARMAC. The Cox Internet service portion of the master association monthly assessment fee is $26.24.

Some organizations reimburse their employees for home Internet service. If you are eligible for a company reimbursement or business expense reporting and would like to receive a letter that notes the Internet assessment breakout, please complete and submit the form below. Internet service is included as part of your LARMAC (master association) assesment 
LARMAC has a bulk internet agreement with Cox Communications which includes internet service (signal) to all homes in Ladera Ranch at discounted rate for Internet Ultimate (300 Mbps down/up to 30 Mbps upload). With this service being paid through your monthly assessment, you should not be receiving a bill for internet service from Cox unless you have an upgraded plan or unless you lease a modem from Cox. 

A modem is not included in the internet service. A DOCSIS 3 modem is required to receive optimal speeds for your internet service. You have the option of leasing a modem from Cox, purchasing a modem from Cox (via the Cox store) or purchasing from a third party of your choice.  If you do choose to purchase a modem from a 3rd party, click here for a list of recommended modems.

Need a faster internet speed plan?  
For those who are looking for faster internet speeds above what is being provided through LARMAC, residents have the option of upgrading to fatser speeds by paying the difference between the cost of the current retail rate of the LARMAC provided level of service (currently Ultimate level) and the upgraded level of service.
