Covenant Hills Clubhouse is located in the south eastern area of the community which is Ladera's only gated community. The clubhouse features a moderate-sized great room that has a hard wood floor, a library room off to the side and a nice-sized kitchen. A courtyard is located in the center of the layout and a large grass area which is perfect for events.

Amenity Description

There is a resort-style pool with lounging and seating areas for residents to relax. Outside near the grass area, there are two barbecue grills and a winding walkway that meanders through a rose garden.

Notes Regarding Reservations: 
  • Weekday (Monday-Thursday & Friday before 5:00 p.m.)
   - $500 deposit/$50 full payment
   - Reservations are available in 3-hour blocks of time
   - Two consecutive 3-hour blocks of time may be reserved (if available)
  • Weekend (Friday after 5:00 p.m. & Saturday-Sunday)
   - $500 deposit/$150 full payment
   - Reservations are available in 6-hour blocks of time
   - Two consecutive 6-hour blocks of time may be reserved (if available)
  • Setup and cleanup are included in the above listed blocks of time
  • Use of pool during reservation is not permitted
NOTE: The BBQ is not included in the reservation. Music cannot be played outside.
