Located in the southeastern area of the community, the Covenant Hills Clubhouse features outdoor patios and resort-like grounds which make this a premier location to host events such as weddings, graduation celebrations, family reunions, and other social gatherings. The clubhouse features a moderate-sized great room with hardwood floors, a library room off to the side, and a newly renovated kitchen, and courtyard.

Event coordination services are available for Option 1 reservations. Event coordination services are now included in the rental fee for all Option 2 reservations.

Amenity Description

 

Covenant Hills Clubhouse is a beautiful Spanish resort-style building with surrounding grounds that include the following features and amenities.

  • Kitchen 
  • Furnished sitting room
  • Movable furnishings: 12 round tables, 6 banquet tables, 90 chairs (Option 1 reservation) or 120 chairs (Option 2 reservation)

  • Gas fire pit and lounge area
  • Exterior mood lighting
  • Citrus grove, tree-lined walkways

Friday-Sunday $2,300

Responsibilities and Limitations

  • Option 1 deposit $750; Option 2 deposit $1,000
  • Reservations are for a full day
  • Setup and cleanup must be completed within the reserved time period
  • The LARMAC-provided ambient sound system must be off no later than 8:00 p.m.
  • Any sound system equipment must be contained within the great room, with all doors closed, and must be off no later than 10:00 p.m.
  • Use of the pool facility is not permitted during the reservation
