Clubhouse Reservation Hours:
Sunday–Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.

Pool Schedule
Year-round: 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Located in the southeastern area of the community, the Covenant Hills Clubhouse features outdoor patios and resort-like grounds which make this a premier location to host events such as weddings, graduation celebrations, family reunions and other social gatherings. The clubhouse features a moderate-sized great room with hardwood floors, library room off to the side, a newly renovated kitchen and courtyard.

Event coordination services are available.

Amenity Description

Covenant Hills Clubhouse is a beautiful Spanish resort-style building with surrounding grounds that include the following features and amenities:


  • Great room & library room

  • Kitchen 

  • Furnished sitting room

  • Movable furnishings: 4 round tables, 3 banquet tables, 40 chairs

Outdoor Grounds:

  • Large outdoor patio

  • Courtyard with fountain 

  • Gas BBQs (2)

  • Gas fire pit and lounge area

  • Exterior mood lighting

  • Citrus grove, tree-lined walkways

  • Ambient sound system

Outdoor Recreation:

  • Bocce ball court

  • Resort-style pool (heated year-round)

  • Water play area and wading pool

  • Restrooms and outdoor showers

  • Tennis courts (4)

Reserving the Clubhouse: 

Rental Option 1 - Clubhouse, Courtyard and Patio:

  • Great room

  • Kitchen
  • Courtyard with fountain
  • Gas BBQs (2)
  • Outdoor patio area

Rental Fees:

Monday-Thursday $250

Friday-Sunday $750

Rental Option 2 - All Amenities in Option 1, plus:

  • Open grass areas including walkways
  • Firepit and lounge area
  • Bocce ball court (use is not exclusive)

Rental Fees:

Monday-Thursday $750

Friday-Sunday $1,200

Event coordination services are available from our event and facility coordination partner, Splendid Events. The fee is $895. Click here for more information.

Responsibilities and Limitations:

  • Option 1 deposit $500; Option 2 deposit $1,000
  • Reservations are for a full day
  • Setup and cleanup must be completed within the reserved time period
  • LARMAC provided ambient sound system must be off no later than 8:00 p.m.
  • Any sound system equipment must be contained within the great room, with all doors closed, and must be off no later than 10:00 p.m.
  • Use of pool facility is not permitted during reservation
