The LARMAC Board is seeking feedback from members on the proposed changes to Community Guidelines, Aesthetic Standards, Covenant Hills Custom Home Design Guidelines, Construction Manual for Custom Homesites, Fine and Fee Schedule, and Payment Plan and Waiver of Delinquency Fees Policy.

For your convenience, LARMAC created a survey to collect member comments. All comments will be taken into consideration before the Board’s formal vote at the June 12, 2024, Open Session Meeting.
