Your HOA at Work

LARMAC is responsible for the maintenance of several roads in the community as well as parking lots at clubhouses and parks.

Daniel Papanic, LARMAC Facilities Coordinator says that although this maintenance is an ongoing project, the master association recently completed the asphalt work, seal coating and striping at Oso Grande Park and Founder's Park as well as Covenent Hills, Avendale and Flintridge clubhouses.
