Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) updates LaderaLife.com.

Ladera Ranch’s official website, LaderaLife.com has been enhanced to improve the user-experience, functionality and usefulness for its residents and visitors who seek to learn more about Orange County’s award-winning community.

The changes take effect Monday, March 25th. Ladera Ranch residents are required to create a new password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ when they go to log-in for the first time and following the link in the auto-generated email to create a new password

Here are the more noticeable changes that visitors will see:

Access to more information without logging in

Although the primary purpose of LaderaLife.com is to serve Ladera residents, resident and non-resident visitors will have much easier time accessing information about Ladera Ranch. Now its easier to find information about the community, amenities, and the community's lifestyle when searching for a home or visiting friends who live in Ladera. Its also makes it easier for residents who prefer simpler access to non-confidential information. Ladera residents who have an existing LaderaLife.com account must still log-in to access resident-only information and functions using their email address and a newly created password.

Reservations: Tennis Courts, Clubhouses and Picnic Shelters

The process of making a tennis court, clubhouse or picnic shelter reservation has been improved – especially on mobile devices. Several bugs in the former system have been addressed.

Reservations

Clubhouse reservations: a two-step process.
Residents are still able to place a hold on Ladera's clubhouses using LaderaLife.com. Then, they must visit the LARMAC office within the hold period to make payment, provide a security deposit and finalize the reservation. Send an email to contact.larmac@laderalife.com with questions about reservations.

Classified Ads and Message Board

If you’re selling items or posting a discussion, the notification and messaging system has been significantly improved. It’s also easier to upload photos which are larger for greater impact. Give it a try, post something to sell and post a discussion. It’s also easier to navigate and search various categories. One thing to keep in mind when posting a discussion on the message board is that you will be required to upload an image to accompany your post.
