Dear Ladera Ranch families,

With summer just around the corner, we know the Water Park Improvement Project is top of mind for many of you. We’re thrilled to provide an update on the progress and share what’s coming next for this exciting transformation. We’re happy to announce that we are moving forward with the complete replacement of the Water Park, adding many new and exciting features that will soon be available to enjoy. Our goal is to create a refreshed, vibrant space that will provide even more fun and lasting memories for everyone.

However, as we’ve worked through the planning process beginning last summer, we encountered some unforeseen challenges along the way that delayed the start of construction. We held off on the demolition of the existing structure as we worked through the challenges, and now can finally begin that process. This week, demolition of the existing structure will begin, which will continue into April. Construction of the new structure will begin following demolition and is expected to continue into June.

As much as we'd love to open in time for Memorial Day weekend, we're now targeting a July opening. We know how much the Water Park means to our families, and we share in your excitement to dive back into the fun. While the delayed opening is not ideal, we promise that the new Water Park will be well worth the wait! As progress is made, we'll be in a better position to announce an opening date in the coming weeks.

The new Water Park will feature upgraded water play areas designed to appeal to a wider range of ages, ensuring that everyone will find something to enjoy. Additionally, we’re committed to enhancing the overall experience for all guests, ensuring more enjoyable and memorable visits than ever before.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to complete the transformation of the Water Park. We know how much you’ve been looking forward to the opening, and we can’t wait to share this revamped amenity with you.
