Event Guidelines

Before attending the event, please take a moment to read the guidelines. This will help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time at the Spring Celebration event.

  • While we love our four-legged friends, we encourage pets to stay at home besides necessary leashed service animals.
  • Please keep all vehicles, including bikes and scooters, off the event space and remain in designated parking areas only. Bike racks are available at Founders Park, Avendale Village Clubhouse, and Ladera Ranch Intermediate School.
  • Please help us keep Founders Park clean by using trash receptacle boxes throughout the park.
  • Avoid bringing glass bottles or containers to the park. This can be a mess if they break and difficult to clean up.
  • Children should be supervised at all times. Childcare will not be provided.
  • Loitering in or around the school-owned property.
  • To ensure the safety of all our residents, model aircraft or drones with or without photographic equipment are prohibited.
  • We ask kindly that no products, food, or drinks are sold at the event or advertising of any business without permission from LARCS.
