Oak Knoll Paseo Improvements
We’re excited to share that improvements are underway along the Oak Knoll paseo! As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining our common areas, we’re starting the process of removing deteriorated amenities such as aging trash cans, benches, and other outdated fixtures.
This initial phase focuses on clearing out original builder-installed items that no longer meet our community standards. Once removals are complete, our team will conduct a thorough assessment to determine the best replacements—potentially including new dog waste stations, and updated seating areas, and trash receptacles made from more durable materials. These enhancements are part of a broader effort to ensure our shared spaces continue to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
