The LARMAC Board is currently soliciting for new committee member volunteers for 2026. Appointments are reviewed and approved on an annual basis, and are open to all Ladera Ranch homeowners.
LARMAC has the following opportunities available. You can click on the link to learn more about each one and fill out the application if you are interested.
Aesthetic Review Committee - Reviews plans and applications for changes to exterior elements of homes, ensuring that they are in line with the community's standards.
Covenant Committee - Serves as a review board for all violations of Ladera Ranch governing documents, making decisions on the appropriate action to take in each case.

To be considered at the January board meeting, please submit your interest form no later than December 30, 2025. The LARMAC Board will appoint the 2026 committees at its January 14, 2026 Board of Directors meeting.
