Announcements

In accordance with California Civil Code Section 4360(c), the Board of Directors hereby provides Ladera Ranch residents with notice that proposed changes to the Aesthetic Standards, Community Guidelines and Fine and Fee Schedule, which were previously distributed for member review and input, were adopted at the November 12, 2025, Board of Directors meeting. 

The Board of Directors reviewed all comments submitted before deciding to adopt the foregoing revisions, summarized on the Notice to Membership - Adopted Changes to Aesthetic Standards, Community Guidelines and Fine and Fee Schedule.

These changes will go into effect on December 1, 2025. The notice and each of the revised documents are listed below:
