Kindness To Ourselves - Week 3

Our third week's theme will be "Kindness to Ourselves!" 

To be kind to others, one must first be kind to oneself. Make sure to get proper rest and practice mindfulness. Always remember that kindess starts within. This week focuses on gratitude and mindfulness activities to help residents truly embrace kindness. These activities will allow members of our community to slow down and relax, with tasks such as: 

  • Writing one thing you appreciate about yourself and one about someone else. 
  • Learning about and practicing self-care, positive self-talk, and self-respect.
