LARMAC president, Chase Fitzpatrick gives residents a glimpse behind the construction fences at Covenant Hills to share what they can expect to see when the clubhouse renovation project is complete.
An exciting new project currently underway is the renovation of the exterior patio and open area behind the Covenant Hills Clubhouse. The renovation includes the expansion of the exterior patio to host large gatherings, the replacement of the two gas grills, the addition of a bocce ball court, the expansion of the open area that will include resilient turf, a new lemon orchard, tree-lined walkways and a new border outline of olive trees. The improved outdoor location will provide an intimate space for events, such as weddings and other outdoor activities.
Exterior mood lighting will be added to enhance the experience for residents and their guests, and LARMAC will make movable arches as part of the clubhouse rental for residents. A Bocce Court will also be a part of the improvements. The project is expected to be complete by late December 2021, however with the expected rain, the project may be completed in January 2022.
