Your HOA at Work

As we approach the holidays and look back on 2019, it has been an exciting and productive year for LARMAC. This year, some major projects were completed: the installation of the new irrigation system throughout Ladera, and the solar array at Cox Sports Park. The completion of both projects has already resulted in significant cost savings. Additionally, much of the common area lighting was converted to LED which resulted in both cost savings and improved safety for our residents.

Major landscape projects were completed including the renovation of the center median along O’Neill from Sienna to Antonio, a much-needed complete makeover of Cox Sports Park Soccer Field B, and landscape improvements at Cherry Plunge and Arroyo Park. Additionally, significant time and effort has been devoted to working with the Orange County Fire Authority to remove fire prone plants surrounding Ladera Ranch. Other significant projects include the playground replacement at Dawnwood and Chaparral parks, the replacement of the pool deck at the Oak Knoll recreation pool, and the renovation of kitchens and bathrooms at several clubhouses.

All of the projects completed in 2019, as well as future projects contribute to LARMAC’s mission which is to manage and maintain Ladera Ranch as one of Orange County's premier master-planned communities.

LARMAC is excited to finish out the year with the installation of spectacular holiday lighting displays throughout Ladera Ranch. Back by popular demand are the falling star icicle lights in the roundabouts!
