Playground Renovation Continues in Ladera

As the master association for Ladera Ranch, Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) manages the financial reserves to replace amenities such as playground equipment once they have reached the end of their ‘useful life.’

Five parks in the community are scheduled to have their playground equipment and rubber play surfaces replaced. The following locations are scheduled to be replaced:

  1. Town Plunge
  2. Sienna Botanica Trail - Frog Park
  3. Mission Hills Park
  4. Exploration Park
  5. Brittlestar Park

The first playground to be replaced is the Town Plunge structure in the Township Village, which is scheduled to begin on August 21, 2023. The remaining four playgrounds will be installed through the end of 2023.
