In accordance with California Civil Code Section 4360(c), the Board of Directors hereby provides Ladera Ranch residents with notice that proposed changes to the Fine and Fee Schedule, which were previously distributed for member review and input, were adopted at the July 9, 2025, Board of Directors meeting. The changes are summarized on the Notice of Adopted Changes to Fee and Fine Schedule.

These changes will go into effect on August 1, 2025.
