One of Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation’s (LARMAC) primary responsibilities is maintaining the aesthetic standards in Ladera Ranch. The team works diligently to promote strong property values and residents’ enjoyment of their homes and neighborhoods.
Homeowners’ responsibilities to maintain their property are outlined in the LARMAC Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the LARMAC Aesthetics Standards, both of which speak to aesthetic standards for the community.
Manny is one of two LARMAC team members who serve Ladera Ranch homeowners to ensure that the community’s property standards are maintained. He regularly inspects villages and neighborhoods and communicates with residents, helping guide them in their compliance inquiries.
Manny joins LARMAC from Chick-fil-A and brings an exemplary commitment to customer service and quality standards that serve the community well.
Manny’s Tips to Maintain Your Home Exterior
- Review the CC&Rs and Aesthetics Standards before proposing any changes to the outside of the home or yard.
- Check with LARMAC at contact.larmac@laderalife.com before starting a home improvement project.
- Inspect the exterior of your home, especially exterior paint, which usually requires repainting every 5-7 years to protect surfaces.
- Trim and fertilize outdoor plants on a regular basis to keep them healthy and attractive.
