Fun at Gastro Garage Event

The Gastro Garage event is an event organized by Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS). The event was held at the newly renovated Covenant Hills Village Clubhouse on Saturday, February 26.

This past Saturday, residents were transported into a rockin’ n rollin’ industrial garage with the most unique culinary experience Ladera has ever seen. Each enjoyed deconstructed dishes that were torched, reconstructed, and filled with nitrous foam then topped with gourmet purees, oils, and spices. This fun immersive, experiential pop-up dining experience live entertainment, tarot card reading, photo opportunities and a lively air guitar contest.
