The Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to express a special and heartfelt "Thank You” to Kristin Vellandi for her service to Ladera Ranch residents as a LARMAC board member. Kristin will be leaving the LARMAC Board in December after six years of dedicated service including as President of the Board for two of those years.

Kristin has always wanted to be sure that Ladera Ranch moved forward and prospered. During her tenure, Kristin has been committed to ensuring that significant sports activities and recreational facilities were available to Ladera Ranch residents. Additionally, she has ensured the growth and improvement of the communities’ clubhouse facilities and landscaping.

Kristin has also supported an effort to increase residents’ participation in community activities including the Neighborhood Representative program.

Perhaps, most importantly, Kristin’s role in the thorough evaluation of new proposals and projects presented to the board has ensured the growth of Ladera Ranch while ensuring that decisions were made in the best interest of all Ladera Ranch residents.

We have been very fortunate to have a leader such as Kristin serving our community by volunteering her time to maintain and improve Ladera Ranch. And, it is difficult to express in limited words, our appreciation for her commitment and dedication. Thank you Kristin. And best luck in your future endeavors.
