Teens in Ladera
Ladera Ranch resident, Ryan Meis wins coveted tennis title at the age of twelve.
Congratulations to Ladera resident Ryan Meis, age 12, who recently won the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Southern California Junior Tennis Sectionals in Orange County. Ryan competed against some of the best players from Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.
The 121st Annual USTA Southern California Junior Sectional Championships, Orange County, were held June 10-18, 2023, in Fountain Valley, California.
The Boys 12 and under singles finals ended with Meis beating Kensho Ford in an incredibly close final to take the SoCal Sectional trophy.
Congratulations to Ryan on this accomplishment and for his dedication and hard work.
