Your HOA at Work

The Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) will soon begin a landscape renovation project at the Covenant Hills entrance on Sienna Parkway starting Monday, September 30. This project is expected to take approximately 30 days and will include several key improvements: enhancements to the center median for better sightlines and exposure to existing hardscape features, installation of new plants, evergreen trees, and boulders to beautify the area, and conversion to a drip irrigation system for improved water efficiency and asphalt preservation.

We'll do our best to reduce the impact during school traffic, but we'd like you to exercise caution when driving or walking in the area and be mindful of the crews at work. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we enhance our community’s entrance!
